Questions we hear often
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly is month to month, and yearly is a single twelve-month term. Your content and member list are yours either way.
Do our members pay anything?
Never. The app is free for your congregants to download and use, however many of them there are.
Can we start monthly and move to yearly?
Yes. Tell us when you're ready and we'll move you over at your next renewal, setup fee already behind you.
Are updates extra?
No. New features, iOS and Android releases, and store submissions are all part of the price, for as long as you're with us.
What about a website?
Website alone is $99 a month or $999 a year — same as the app. Or take the App + Website bundle for $150 a month or $1,500 a year and save versus buying each separately.
Is there a launch discount?
Yes — the first ten shuls to join get up to 90% off their first year, then move to the regular price. Email us and we'll tell you whether a place is still open.
How long until we're live?
Most of the work is your branding and content, plus Apple and Google's review. We'll give you a realistic date on our first call.
Will the price go up as we add families?
No. There is no per-member fee. Eighty families or eight hundred, the monthly or yearly price is the same, and members download free.
Can we start with the app and add a website later?
Yes. Begin on the app plan, then move to the App + Website bundle when you want a matching site. You don't rebuild the app.
Is the setup fee due every year?
No. Setup is a one-time charge on monthly plans only, and it is waived on yearly. After that you only pay the subscription.
